Shruti’s Jaggery Powder – 200gm
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Ghee – 4 teaspoon
Crushed pea nuts – 1 teaspoon
Crushed cashew nuts – 1 tea spoon
Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon
1. Make Jaggery syrup by adding 200 gm Shruti’s Jaggery Powder to 2 cup of water and boil till it become a thick consistency and keep it aside.
2. Add 2 teaspoon ghee to a pan and heat it
3. Add 1 cup of grated coconut to pan and mix well
4. Add 1 teaspoon crushed pea nuts, 1tea spoon crushed cashew nut, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix well
5. Add jaggery syrup to the mixture and mix well till it become semisolid and keep it to cool down.
6. Take small amount of mixture in hand and roll it and make like a ball
7. Garnish each laddu with a cashew nut
