1. In a bowl Take 3 Table Spoon Curd and Mix 100gms of shruti’s jaggery powder with curd and mix well till there are no lumps.
2. Add 1 cup wheat flour, 3 tablespoons olive oil add ½ tablespoon Baking Soda to the jaggery and curd mix
3. Then mix well with the required amount of water the consistency must not be too thick or too watery.
4. Then add Chopped almond, cashews and raisins in to the batter and mix well
5. transfer the cake mix into a baking mould. tap the mould to break the air bubbles and to spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle some Chopped almonds, Cashews and raisins on top of the mix.
7. Then bake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Now your delicious eggless wheat jaggery cake is Ready
