1. Wash and Soak urad dal for 5 hours in water
2. Then grind it to fine paste by adding very little amount of water and keep aside. grind it to a very thick consistency. consistency thicker than vada batter.
3. For making jaggery syrup Mix 200 gm Shruti’s jaggery in 2 cups of water and boil well until the syrup becomes thick.
4. Take a piping bag or a clean cover.
5. Fill the urad dal mix in the cover.
6. In a pan pour enough oil to fry and heat it.
7. Squeeze the contents into the oil in a circular pattern to make a jaggery shape , shallow fry the jilebi in medium flame.
8. Take out the fried jalebis and dip them in the jaggery syrup for 30 seconds.
Sweet and yummy jilebi is ready
