What is DVILLAGEFOODS Wholesale Program?

DVILLAGEFOODS Wholesale Program is a self-service ecommerce platform that is exclusively available for wholesale purchasers of DVILLAGEFOODS product for bulk consumption or resale (that are unable to reasonably purchase DVILLAGEFOODS products through third party distribution partners due to minimum purchase requirements or accessibility). See below for more Wholesale Partner perks. Please note, DVILLAGEFOODS Wholesale will not provide trade spend for third party promotions.

Who is ineligible for participation in DVILLAGEFOODS Wholesale Program?

  1. Any organization that is itself a distributor or already purchases from a distributor (exception can be made).
  2. Any organization with a shipping address outside of the INDIA.
  3. Any organization that our Wholesale team, in its sole discretion, is unable to verify is a legitimate business or non-profit organization. This includes (without limitation) lack of a website, insufficient GST documentation, or other readily available business information.
  4. Anyone who can reasonably purchase product through one of our third-party distributors.
  5. Anyone seeking to purchase a quantity of less than a single master case of any product.

Can I purchase DVILLAGEFOODS through the Wholesale Program and through a third-party distributor at the same time?

If you purchase a SKU through this platform, our policy is that we are your exclusive distributor for that SKU. We reserve the right to discontinue selling to you through this Wholesale Program for violating this policy.

What is the pricing offered for the DVILLAGEFOODS Wholesale Program?

Once your application has been approved, you will have access to available pricing. We offer unique discounts only available to those who qualify for this Program based on objective criteria. DVILLAGEFOODS may update these prices from time to time and notify you of those changes at that time.

What other perks are there to the program?

So many! In addition to a wholesale discount, perks include minimum shipping charges, access to our full portfolio of healthy snacks, including new items, hard-to-find flavors, and online exclusives. Also, you’ll have flexible order minimums, packaging & delivery flexibility, and easy payment options. Plus, our dedicated wholesale team is available to you anytime to answer questions and set your business up for success by providing insights regarding things like merchandising, SRPs, and product recommendations.

Can I have a price list, with UPC codes, possibly in Excel format?

We do not distribute UPC codes or pricing in an excel format. Upon being approved for the DVILLAGEFOODS Wholesale Program and logging into your account, we can share you pricing on all our products.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, If you’re a reseller, please remember to upload your GST certificate when submitting your application..

How do I get a better price than what this program offers?

We assess pricing and discounts on an ongoing basis. We make promotions available from time to time based on whether a buyer meets certain objective criteria. If you have feedback or questions about wholesale pricing, please contact ecommerce@Dvillagefoods.com.

Can I get a better deal if I purchase a greater quantity?

We don’t offer tiered discounts based on volume on wholesale products at this time.

How long before my application is approved?

We’ll email you within 5 business days notifying you of the status of your application. If you haven’t heard back from us within this time, please reach out to ecommerce@Dvillagefoods.com.

Why was my application denied?

Applications can be denied for several reasons. Please review the ineligibility terms at the beginning of this page. If you feel that your application was denied in error, please reach out to ecommerce@Dvillagefoods.com

Will I receive a rack?  Any other POS materials?

How do I reorder?

You can reorder a previous order by visiting your account page. Your snacks will be on their way in no time!

Is there an order minimum?

Order minimums depend on the product. Some products require at most a purchase of two packs.

What’s the shelf life for product sold at www.Dvillagefoods.com?

When purchasing directly from www.Dvillagefoods.com, you’ll receive product with a best by date of at least 5 months from the date of purchase.

Can I use a promo code on my order?

Only wholesale-specific promo codes can be used through DVILLAGEFOODS Wholesale. Codes that are eligible for our retail site (Dvillagefoods.com) will not work on wholesale programe.

Why aren’t all products, such as the variety packs available at Dvillagefoods.com, not available through DVILLAGEFOODS Wholesale?

All our flavors and product lines are available through DVILLAGEFOODS wholesale, but we do offer slightly different variety packs. These variety packs are curated for our wholesale partners based on what we feel are the best options for businesses based on our expertise.

Can I resell SHRUTIS® products purchased through the Wholesale Program internationally?


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept All UPI, Debit & Credit Cards.  Please contact ecommerce@Dvillagefoods.com to see if you qualify.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order has confirmed.

Will you send me an invoice/receipt?

You will receive an order confirmation for your order via email that includes itemized billing for each item.

What is your refund/return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept product returns. If you would like to submit a claim due to damaged or defective product, please contact our team at Ecommerce@Dvillagefoods.com. Please reach out to our team within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the product.

What method(s) do you ship?

We use multiple Ground shipping providers for orders.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping will depend on volume for all orders.

What is the processing time?

We process orders in 1-5 business days. Based on your shipping location, it may take about 10 business days for delivery. Please note that rare occurrences outside of our control that impact shipping carriers, such as weather or natural disasters, can delay this.
